Looks like the dollar still has some life left in it. That or the Euro has more room to fall. I still think we are topping in the dollar and gold is bottoming for one more leg up then a deflationary bust then off to the races.
The Trump effect on the markets has been amazing. Consumer Sentiment is at highs not seen since 2007. It looks like President Obama is going out on top. Of course if you throw $9 trillion at the economy, of course you can kick the can down the road a bit longer, IF the belief is there that the extra $9 trillion added onto $11 trillion won’t damage the faith in the currency. This is the elephant in the room no one wants to address though. It’s a big fat elephant and if you just pretend it’s not there, then all is well.
Until it isn’t.
